So, I have smoked cigarettes off and on since about 2010-2011, it's a nasty habit that if you had told me in 2009 that I would be smoking I would have laughed in your face. I honestly started smoking because it seemingly helped at the time curb my anxiety and also gave me a way in to talk to people, but mostly I got anxious I went outside to smoke and calmed down and went back to what I was doing. I've quit a few times, and then something horrible would occur in my life and back I would go. But I really honestly want to quit, even though honestly I now enjoy smoking. BUT my health is now much more important to me than just enjoying something.



About two years ago I got interested in vaping, but didn't take the plunge until last year after a butt ton of research I bought a vape, and a juice... that I ended up not liking at all. And that has been my problem since. I can't find juices (or e-liquids) that I enjoy the flavour of, I'm looking for an all day vape.

So far I know that I prefer bakery above all, but finding solid bakery choices is like... almost impossible. My always go-to is Sicboy's M.B.Y.C. (which stands for 'my balls your chin' snicker snicker.) Which it's description reads as a creamy praline ice cream with vanilla custard. I also adore the Milkman's churrios.

If you vape, and have a favorite juice, please let me know in the comments. I'd love to have more options.

It's been a seriously long week. Do you ever just have those weeks, where everything that could happen does, and you're just physically and mentally exhausted by the time 2pm hits? Granted, I start work at 4:30am, while a good chunk of the timezone I'm in doesn't get going till at least 6-9am. I watch them come through for coffee like clockwork, but I digress. The work week is different for everyone, I have no set schedule, I work all over the day and different days each week, and sometimes that can be extremely stressful and upsetting to any sort of sleep schedule.

I've noticed when I have taken four days off, by the end of those four days I've shed so much stress and my sleep cycle is finally starting to fall back into rhythm, and then I go back to work and it all falls apart again. If anything this year has shown me that I need a more set schedule and in going to my next store in moving, I will have to set some sort of a schedule for myself or I'm just gonna keel over in 2017.



Paul left on the 29th of May, for his whirlwind month of work, he'll be finally coming home June 29th. It's interesting what we miss about people while they're gone. I'm missing nothing quite concrete, but like I miss his presence, being able to show him something stupid online and listen to him cook dinner (I'm not allowed in the kitchen while he's cooking, makes him anxious.) Bickering over silly stuff, and just being absolute children around each other. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, or something like that I suppose.

In the year and change we've dated, he's been on the road so much it's more or less routine for him to be gone 1-2 weeks at any given time, but this is the longest stretch of him consistently on the road and not even blowing through for a hug. Just helps slide things into perspective, and the reality that we're about to be sharing a living space in a few months is so exciting as well and mildly daunting.
